$65 for Preschool dancers and $80 for Dance Academy

Costumes

This season, all Preschool Dance tutus and Dance Academy costumes will be ordered through Weissman Dancewear. Their beautifully designed, performance-ready costumes help create a polished recital while allowing every student to feel confident and comfortable on stage.

Families will receive costume sizing information, hairstyle instructions, and any required shoe or tight details well before recital season.

Whether this is your child's very first time on stage or your family has celebrated with us before, we're so glad you're here! Our Winter Recital is one of our favorite traditions—a joyful celebration of confidence,creativity, and everything our students have accomplished throughout the season.

We know recital season comes with lots of excitement (and maybe a few questions, too!). We've gathered everything you need to help your family feel prepared, confident, and ready to enjoy every magical moment. From costumes to curtain call, our team is here to guide you every step of the way.

Participation in our Winter Recital is completely optional, but we hope you'll join us! The recital is a wonderful opportunity for students to celebrate everything they've learned throughout the season while building confidence and creating lasting memories with family and friends.
A few butterflies are completely normal—especially for our youngest performers! Throughout the season, our instructors help students prepare for the stage in a fun and encouraging way. On recital day, our teachers will be backstage to cheer them on, offer encouragement, and guide them every step of the way. Our goal isn't perfection—it's helping every child leave the stage feeling proud of themselves.
Life happens! While we encourage consistent attendance so students feel confident and prepared, a missed class doesn't mean they can't participate. Our instructors will help every child feel ready for theirperformance.
Costumes are typically sent home several weeks before the recital. Families will also receive detailed information about hairstyles, shoes, tights, and any accessories needed for recital day.
Requirements vary by class and costume. We'll send everything you need well in advance so you'll have plenty of time to prepare.
To help create a polished performance, we ask that students avoid wearing jewelry unless it is part of their costume. Additional grooming guidelines will be shared with your costume information.
Students should arrive approximately 30 minutes before their scheduled performance time unless otherwise noted. This allows plenty of time for check-in, getting settled backstage, and preparing for their big moment.
To help the recital run smoothly, only performers and Rhythm staff are permitted backstage during the show. Our instructors stay with students throughout the performance and are there to help them feel safe, confident, and excited. We'll take great care of your little star until it's time to reunite after the performance.
Our teachers are experienced in working with young children and understand that recital day can bring lotsof emotions. We'll gently encourage each student, but we never want a child to feel forced. Our goal is forevery performer to have a positive and confidence-building experience.
Each performance is designed with young children in mind. Exact show times will be shared once the recital schedule is finalized.
We love seeing families capture these special moments! Please follow any venue guidelines regarding photography during the performance so everyone can enjoy the show.
If professional photography is offered, we'll share those details with families after the recital.
Yes! We're excited to offer our exclusive Performance Collection through Como La Flor. Families can pre-order bouquets ahead of recital day and pick them up at the venue before the performance.

🌸 Prima Ballerina — $45 A fuller bouquet designed to make recital day feel extra special.
🌸 Standing Ovation — $65 Our signature premium bouquet, thoughtfully designed to create an unforgettable recital memory.
Select performances will feature the Como La Flor Bloom Bar, where families may purchase bouquets while supplies last. We recommend pre-ordering to guarantee your preferred bouquet.
Pre-ordered bouquets will be available before your child's performance. Pickup instructions will be included in your confirmation email.
